Oh my yumminess, Smoking Joes Rib Shack is all the fall off the bone, finger licking goodness.
Went for a wine tasting and the food oh my and mac and cheese need I say more.
Brisket smoked for over 26hours, ribs that you just look at and the meat falls off. This is honest comfort food in a comfort setting. Cleveland (Joe) is welcoming and just a great host, his passion for food is evident and so grateful for it.
